Q. How long do the procedures take?

A. The procedures usually take around 2 hours to complete.

Q. How do I need to prepare for my procedure?

A. Procedure preparation forms can be found on our website.

Q. Will I be able to drive myself home after the procedure?

A.  You will need to have someone drive you home from the procedure.  The driver will need to drive you to the procedure and wait during the procedure in the waiting room until the patient is discharged.

Q. What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

A. Picture ID, Insurance Card, Co-Pay, List Of Medications, Cancel 24 hours prior to avoid cancellation fee.

Q. What is the cancellation fee if I do not cancel 24 hours prior to my appointment?

A. There is a $50 cancellation fee.

Q. Can I bring my children?

A. Children under 12 are not allowed in the exam rooms, however they can wait with an adult in the waiting room.

Q. What do I need to bring on the day of my procedure?

A. We recommend that you leave all valuables at home including purses, wallets, cell phones.  You need to wear socks.  You need to bring payment for the procedure.
